Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. AeroCart is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
