Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Intimates and swimwear for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@aerocart.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
